Capabilities & Services
Do you have a design you want to bring to life?
With a long career in engineering, we can help get your mechanical design off the ground and ready for mass production or we can simply 3D Print your design as a one-time print or reverse engineer an obsolete part you need.
Whatever the case maybe, we specialize in consumer and industrial ultra-high temperature FDM 3D Printing to meet your needs. Small batch SLS and SLM Rapid Prototyping also available.
(CNC Machining Coming Soon!)
Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Mild Steel, Tool Steel, Spring Steel, Titanium, Brass, Copper
Are you a cosplayer looking to print your armor, or a student needing to print your parts for a project, or maybe you designed your own automotive parts? Whatever the case may be, we can print it fast, laser cut it fast and engrave it fast!
We have 3D Printing materials ranging from cosmetic and colorful PLA’s to Ultra-High temp polymers to replace light-duty aluminum parts (See our Materials and Colors pages for more info). In addition, we stock common Laser Cutting and Engraving materials such as wood and acrylic for those Laser Cutting or Engraving projects.
Send us your model or 2D files for a free quote
Fill out our quote form, send us your files and we’ll send you a customized FDM and SLA 3D Print Quote or Laser Cutting and Engraving Quote.
We 3D print your model or Laser Cut or Engrave your files
With over a dozen 3D Printers on hand, we can start printing your part(s) as soon as payment is received. We also offer same day Laser Cutting and Engraving when material is in stock.
You receive it
Once your part(s) are completed, we can:
Ship to you
Local Delivery
Arrange for a Pick-Up or Curbside Pick-Up
Do you need someone to model in 3-dimensions and create a prototype for you? If you simply can’t find the part due to obsolescence, or you need to replace one small component part of a much larger assembly, we can assist you.
With over 10 years of CAD modeling experience in various industries, we can recreate dimensionally accurate CAD models. For more complex parts, we can employ our in-house 3D scanner for you.
Free CAD Modeling & Prototyping Consultation
To understand your modeling requirements and determine if this is something we can prototype, we offer free online consultations and in person meetings to discuss your needs. If we determine that the project is feasible, we’ll send you a customized CAD & Prototyping Quote.
We CAD Model for you
In most cases, we will require the physical item that is to be CAD modeled or modified. If part is non-existent, sketches or models must be provided. If part cannot be transported or removed, we can arrange for an in-person meeting to take dimensions and any other requirements to create the model.
Multiple iterations, including rapid prototyping, maybe required.
We 3D print your model
If you choose to have your CAD Model 3D printed, we’ll send you a new or revised customized FDM or SLA 3D Print Quote.
Once payment is received, we’ll prioritize your project and will print as soon as possible.
You receive it
Once your part(s) are completed, we can:
Ship to you
Arrange for a Pick-Up
Deliver to you
Are you an inventor, have a mechanical design ready to take paper or simply need to bring your idea to life? With over 10 years of engineering experience within the industrial and manufacturing aerospace industry, where we can provide you with the Mechanical Design, Prototyping and Drafting needed for mass mechanical production.
Through a series of peer reviews designed to guide us through the design process, we can take your project from start to finish through formal presentations with recorded meeting minutes or informal in-person meetings.
Free ME Design, Prototyping & Drafting Consultation
We can schedule a free online consultation or an in person meeting to understand your project stage and determine how we can assist you to get off the ground.
Requirement Development Peer Review
Feasibility R&D may be required in order to provide several options or a potential path forward to your design. This peer review is intended to help us further develop “must-have’s” and “nice-to-have’s” requirements.
Preliminary Design Peer Review
With a better understanding of what limitations and requirements you need, we’ll provide you with the first Preliminary Design(s) or draft(s). One or multiple options can be provided. Basic CAD models and prototypes maybe presented with the intent to have us all agree on one final design concept or path forward.
Detailed Design Peer Review
Now that we have defined the direction of the design, the intent of the detailed design peer review is to demonstrate the final design. This will be the finalized CAD model and prototype if applicable. Multiple iterations maybe required before moving on to the final phase.
Drawing Peer Review
With the final CAD model finalized, we are ready to start drafting your product. In general, these will be Model Based Engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14 and ANSI standards intended for a manufacturer to mass produce the presented part or assembly. Drawings may include, but not limited to, Bill of Materials, Isometric view, Exploded Views, Detailed Views, etc. as required and defined by the governing project and customer.
